Jannette has operated Holistic Therapy Connections, her own consultancy based in Queensland, Australia, since founding it in 2005. It's main function is to provide Holistic Therapies and information to promote Harmony & Well-Being. Her dedication to personal, customised services manifests in the testimonials from past clients and the success stories of previous consultations.
Holistic Therapy Connections has been operating as an evolving consultancy for a wide range of holistic therapies since 2003. As time passes, I gain more experience with the current therapies being used, and I'm enthusiastically exploring new ways of bringing Harmony to Place, Body, Mind and Spirit.
I'm a mother of three and live between Brisbane and the Gold Coast in Queensland. After becoming Reiki II attuned I created and facilitated 'Focus on Harmony', a free workshop that ran during 2006 and 2007, for those who were Reiki attuned and wanted to practice, or those who were interested in finding out more about Reiki, Energy Signatures, Feng Shui, and other healing modalities. 'Focus on Harmony' is planned to be re-organised sometime in the future.
I completed my formal studies in Holistic Feng Shui with Carole Fogarty at The Institute of Holistic Feng Shui, on the Gold Coast, Queensland; attaining the highest qualification of Senior Practitioner Certificate III. Since then I have hosted my own Advanced Flying Stars Feng Shui workshops periodically, and presented an Annual Flying Stars Guidebook each year.
Bach Flower Essences have become a personal research avenue for me, and I use them to compliment other healing treatments, because I know from experience and observation that subtle forms of healing tend to give the most lasting results. For this reason my treatments involve the use of Flower Essences, Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy and Meditation techniques, to approach any form of healing with a holisitic outlook. I have also personally developed a set of Bach Flower Guidance Cards in a free downloadable file, exclusively available through Holistic Therapy Connections.
As a person with a family to care for, I know that the kinds of treatments and products available for children and family need to be as safe and subtle as possible. I use all of the treatments I promote on, or with, my own family, so I know they are safe for others to use or benefit from. I'm a passionate advocate of natural and organic lifestyle choices, which culminated recently in the beautiful and sacred private 'free-birthing' of my third child at home in a serene water birth. I sincerely encourage and invite enquiries regarding free-birthing, natural birthing and natural parenting.
My personal history involves overcoming chronic illness by using alternative therapies. I believe passionately in Self Healing and empowering others with the knowledge and ability to make their healing a perpetual activity, and as natural as breathing.
As a Mother of three children, my suggestions take into account the busy lives we lead in today's world, and I always attempt to find simple solutions to energy flow issues in and around a family home. With a background in the Hospitality Industry, Administration and Retail; I've gained a wealth of experience to draw from when considering the kinds of enviroments that may need to be addressed via a consultation. Combined with experience in Interior Design via study and working within this industry, you can be confident that my perspective will give you a fresh way of looking at the energy of your premises, no matter what your business.
